We live like 2 hours away from the beach so we went to the beach. Go for walks or go hiking if your an outdoorsy person. You could also go camping. I love to camp! You could also go to the movies or go to a concert. They have a lot of specials going on and a lot of festivals too. At the beach they had a kite festival and a crab festival on the first weekend of spring break.
You should go to amusement parks. It is so much fun riding roller-coasters and playing games. Then go to get a candy apple and walk around the park.
you can have a party/sleepover with your closest friends!
well we live 10 minutes from the beach.
eat that victoriaaaaa

Do you as a muslim man treat women with respect and fairness?
I do respect women as to fairness in my judgement yes but I can not be sure.
What are some irrational fears you have?
I have an irrational fear of my nail ripping out. And, especially when I have a lose nail close to the edge of my skin, I%26#039;m afraid that if my nail rubs hard against some cloth/blanket, my whole nail might rip off. I just get so worried and scared of that happening.
So, what are some of your irrational fears?
It%26#039;s 2 AM here, I should get to bed.
Ma%26#039;asalam.
I actually have alot of them. And they are all weird and annoying.
1. Similar to yours but i have this weird fear of someone separating half of my nail from my finger to insert some red chili in...(I saw this happening to someone in a movie when i was i kid)
2. When i wear a head scarf, i ALWAYS fear that the pin under my chin will hurt me on the neck. Even though it is tightly closed and no way is it gonna hurt me unless i leave it open. But i just think about it every time i wear the hijab.
3. Whenever i wear high heels, i feel as if i am going to break the back of my ankle(whatever that part is called...i dont know?)...
4. Oh and, also when i wear super high heels, i feel as if i am going to hurt my backbone real bad. What does high heels have to do with backbone?...I dont know..
There are more that i can%26#039;%26#039;t think of now. But i might get back if i think of more.
i think you might have developed this phobia beause you%26#039;ve have got hurt ,you nail might have been ripped off , its pain ful ,i know, but i think you should think rationally ,its ok .
i dont have any irrational fear now but when i was 10 ,i couldnt swallow tablets (medicine) i thought i would get stuck in my food pipe ,and whenever i got fever or cold i used take only syrups ,but then soon i got out of it.
sometimes i fear people, which is weird because usually i am very comfortable around them and its dumb for me to fear them. i want to stop being such a loser in that area. people are 99% cool and even the dumb ones can be tolerated until you can get away from them and go back to the other 99% again :)
I have a fear that I make a lot of mistakes the truth is I make a hell lot of mistakes.
Another is I fear poverty, As I have know what it is. I feel I have a rags to riches story (Thanks to Almighty Allah)
I have a fear of men. I am totally irrationally paranoid about them. (I think I have good reason) However even then ,I know I am paranoid lol.
I have this fear that the people of Ramadan might start being nice to me , wouldn%26#039;t want that.
Maybe you can Hjab your nails too?
you should also fear me cuz i know your secret
Fusion restaurants...i can explain why...i just refuse to go into one.

I wish you a happy Easter?
I should like to wish all of you a happy Easter!
Do you have any plans for this weekend? Are you going away or do you stay at home? I stay at home and do some gardening, tending to my roses.
One of my colleagues just came in and told us his wife is in labour. They are going to have an Easter baby!
Thanks, you too.
i used to go to the country and spend the Easter with my grandparents aunts uncles and so on, but, well time passes and there's just not enough time these days... i sure could use some easter eggs right about now..
Hapy easter! and congratulation to your friend.
Why are you wishing "all of you" a happy Easter????
Since 2/3 the people on earth aren't Christian, why would you assume we would all celebrate it?
Stay away from my eggs!
Thankyou and you too..I'm going away to visit family..How wonderful,an Easter baby, hope all goes well...........

Why do people assume I am a Christian and wish me a happy Easter?
Here in the USA, everywhere I go people just assume I am Christian. I am not, so I dont care to celebrate Christian holidays. Just as Christians dont observe Jewish Muslim or Buddhist holidays,
Shouldnt most people (teachers, waitresses, cashiers customers at Starbucks be aware that this is multi-cultural society????
That would mean actually putting their minds in gear before they speak. I would say that waitresses and cashiers have been told to do so by their managers. Some people assume this is a "Christian Nation"; it is a nation with Christians and it just doesn't occur to some people that not everyone they meet is a Christian.
They aren't trying to insult you; just consider it another form of "Have a nice day!" and ignore them. (One of my friends answered a cashier's brainless "have a nice day" with "Don't tell me what to do!")
Everyone celebrates different things and unless you have a big sign on your forehead their is no way of telling what you believe in. I look at it this way at least they were nice enough to Wish you a Happy Easter even if you don't celebrate it. Just tell them Thank You and that you hope they have one as well.
hey don't worry... If you are in America... soon enough the Christian Holidays you are talking about will be thrown out the windows to please the other relegions you are defending. Then everyone will gang up on that one and have that one taken away... and soon the next and soon the next.....
Customers at Starbucks? you're kidding me.... go live in a community that needs the faith that you take avantage of.... then you and the rest of your little kid friends can move to another country that you haven't destroyed.....
Someone saw you with your hand in the Easter basket taking chocolate eggs - the word has now spread that you love the Easter Bunny!
Or Chocolate?
This world is full of different things that people say. You can except them or not. That's why America is a great Country. It's called freedom. Enjoy!
I'm sure they were not trying to offend you. They were just being polite and wishing you a nice day, kind of like saying "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Halloween.
maybe because they are christian and dont know youre not?

Why are painted eggs and bunny rabbits affiliated with Easter?
Whenever I think of Easter, I think of bunny rabbits and painting eggs, but, to be completely honest, I do not know why I think of painted eggs and rabbits. I mean, I know why I think of these things, because I grew up painting eggs on Easter, and waking up and finding a basket full of chocolate eggs and chocolate rabbits, but I don't know why I grew up painting eggs and waiting for the Easter bunny. Why are painted eggs and bunnies affiliated with Easter? Where does this affiliation originate from?
Rabbits and eggs are both symbols of the fertility goddess Eostre/Ishtar/Ostara. Her symbol is also the moon, in which some cultures see a rabbit instead of a face. Eggs also symbolize the moon and are the ultimate symbol of creation and new life. The basket is a symbol of the womb in which this new life is carried.
The feast day is pagan and was widely celebrated way before the time of Jesus. Like pretty much all holidays, it was adopted by Christians to help get more converts. However, since the point is to celebrate new life and the hope of continuance, Christian symbols of a Resurrection day and the old pagan symbols mean the same thing. Just like Christmas, we are all celebrating the same thing, just using different symbols.
Christians replaced the pagan holiday (the vernal equinox, when pagans celebrated life, rebirth, springtime, and fertility) with an observance of a christian event, regardless if the dates matched up. Because rabbits and eggs are symbols of fertility and springtime, they remained part of the celebration.
Because, like most christian holidays, it occurs at the same time a pagan holiday occurred. In this case, the holiday was related to spring and fertility.
because someone was high when they made up stuff 2 do 4 holidays like christmas someone was born who would think "hey lets put a tree in our house and make it colorful" a high person thats who so thats my theory

I am making a big dinner for my friends and family.
Hi!!!!! I need some easter help!!?
for Easter i would like to make those eggs that you blow the yoke out of so that their hollow?? could you tell me how to make them please??
1. Wash the egg really well.
2. Shake the raw egg
3. Take a needle poke a small hole one the top and the bottom of the egg.
4. Blow into one of the holes while holding the egg over a bowl.
5. Let dry overnight
6. Decorate your egg.
You can also make flowers from egg shells. Break the egg in half.
Make small hole with a pin in the small end of the egg. Make larger hole (about 1/8th inch) in other end. With pin make sure that you brake yoke many time. Hold small end of egg up to your lips with other end over a bowl. Blow firmly to have insides of egg come out.
If you wish to dye the hollow eggs you will need to have a holder that allows you to force them under the liquid as they will want to float.
Take the egg and shake it up well, without breaking it, this will break the yoke in the egg to allow all of the insides to pour out.
Take a hot needle put it to the bottom of the egg and slowly spin the needle. This will slowly bore a hold in the bottom of the egg. let it sit in a place that the fluid can drip out the egg. If you want to fill the egg you will have to make a bigger hole. when you are done fillin it you want to take a little bit of either thin white paper and plaster of paris or white gafing tap to cover the hole up.
First shake the egg so the yolk wont stick together
next take a needle and slowly stick it through
but it upside down and let it come out
if it is going really slow add another whole next to the origanal whole

Guys is this is a weird/bad gift?
okay my boyfriend of 3 months's birthday is coming up really soon. he has been my best friend for the past two years. i wanted to get him a nice gift but i wanted to make it a one of a kind gift that nobody else could get him. i am soo nervous because i suck at giving gifts, especially to guys and im scared hell hate it and ill be embarassed. anyways i got him:
a really creepy marilyn manson poster and i was thinking about putting a note in that says "so you'll always have sweet dreams, haha just kidding" because we used to do this thing where id say sweet dreams. and hed go "are made of this. who am i to disagree" and hed start singign the marilyn manson song. so its like an inside joke
a piggy bank with the word greedy written across the back because a while back we were talking about how nobody actually has normal piggy banks anymore and we were laughing about how it would be cool to have a piggy bank named greedy
and im getting him a shirt but i havent gone shopping yet. so that theres something actually normal in there lol
im also gonna write him a card or something. and give him a nice kiss :p anyways i know these are really weird but i wanted to give something that shows that i know him and love him you know? is this weird/creepy/a plain bad idea? if you were a guy would u want ur girlfriend to do this? wat would u think? if you guys have any suggestions as to what i should get for him pleasseee tell me! thank you so much. oh and were both teenagers if that makes a difference
Its weird as hell. I'd love it. Go for it it sounds like it all has meaning to your relationship
Edit: Yeah I remember that song. I really think it is a good idea.
Edit: You have to wait until tomorrow to pick a best answer. Thanks and I hope his birthday goes well for both of you

I haven't had my kids for easter in 2 years b/c of joint custody and me having to work so I went a bit overboard this year-but it will be fun!!
when i was younger i woke up on easter morning and there wasnt anything there.... my dad felt "bad" for us because the easter bunny didnt come and said he would take us to breakfast, when we walked out the door, there were baskets out side the door and eggs leading in a pathway that just stopped and he told us we better check the trees and make sure they werent hiding there...
When i was younger i always loved to get candy, barbie dolls, and sum fun stuff like those frogs that stick on walls, or those things where you pop it out and you put it on the ground and it pops up
candy sure... but also toothbrush, cool toothpaste, floss, vitamins... cuz you know... Easter can be fun AND good for you too.
We only did one or two egg hunts... they're all so frantic and they're over so quick! Maybe I'm just too easy a hider.
when we were younger, my dad would hide eggs all over the backyard. probably 20-30. for gifts, my mom puts together cute things that she sees that she thinks we'll like. :)

What is a good, healthy main dish I can cook for Easter?
Leg of Lamb
1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 3 1/2-pound boneless leg of lamb, butterflied and trimmed
Preheat oven to 350F. Place basil, mint, parsley, pine nuts, cheese, oil, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper in a food processor and process until fairly smooth. Sprinkle lamb all over with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the pesto; spread the rest over the top side of the lamb and roll it closed. (It will not be a perfect cylinder.) Tie kitchen string around the roast in five places; do not tie too tightly or the pesto will squeeze out. Rub the reserved pesto over the outside of the lamb and place in a roasting pan. Roast the lamb until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 140F for medium-rare, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board; let rest for 10 minutes. Carve the lamb, leaving the string in place to help hold the roast together.

Can you give me some tips for prizes for Easter Egg Hunt?
The egg hunt should be all about having fun. Its not a competition. Rather than a big prize for the child who found the greatest number of eggs, plan on having a couple of random prizes including one for the child with the most eggs found. Here are some other ideas for special prizes:
Hide some special jeweled eggs or golden eggs with special prizes. If you have different age groups, you can give instructions that only the young age group can find the red jeweled egg, and the older age group can find the green jeweled egg, etc.
Hide an egg with a special prize mentioned on a note inside. The child who finds it gets a gift . It could be a friendship band or any other trinket, or maybe a book or a CD.
Announce a hard luck prize at the end of the hunt for the child who finds the least number of eggs.
A prize could also be given to the child who found the egg at the most difficult to find place.
Or you could let each child go back with heaps of treasure The fillers for plastic eggs could be fuzzy chicks, temporary tattoos, stickers, small toys, friendship bracelets, coins, candy or even play dough. Children will love opening all of their eggs and discovering their treasure. If you also have adults participating in your hunt, you can even put special treats in the eggs that only adults would find. The adults are sure to appreciate things like Godiva chocolates, chocolate covered coffee beans, movie tickets, etc.

Please quote from the Quran who was created first man or woman?
7:189 "O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered countless men and women:- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual, and the wombs: for Allah ever watches over you."
This verse in my opinion does not make clear that man was created first. Since men, women and mankind is mentioned in the same verse it seems deliberate that it is not mentioned that man was created first.
Adam (Peace Be Upon Him) was created first. Then Eve (Havva), his wife was created from his ribs.
Here are the relevant Qur'an verses:- (1) The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.
( , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter 3, Verse 59).
(2) O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women:- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for Allah ever watches over you. (Alu Imran, Chapter 4, Verse 1).
(3) It is He Who created you from a single person, and made his mate of like nature, in order that he might dwell with her (in love). When they are united, she bears a light burden and carries it about (unnoticed). When she grows heavy, they both pray to Allah their Lord, (saying): "If Thou givest us a goodly child, we vow we shall (ever) be grateful." (Al Araf, Chapter 7, Verse 189).
Additional details;- Narrations from the Prophet are explanations to the verses of Holy Qur'an. Here is a narration regarding the creation of the first woman:-
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah 's Apostle said, "Treat women nicely, for a women is created from a rib, and the most curved portion of the rib is its upper portion, so, if you should try to straighten it, it will break, but if you leave it as it is, it will remain crooked. So treat women nicely." (Book 55, Hadith 548).
Mohammed ibn Ishaq and Iban Abbas narrated that Eve was created from the shortest rib of Adam (PBUH) while he was sleeping and after a while she was clothed with flesh. This why Allah Exalted said, "O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women:- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for Allah ever watches over you." (7:189)!!
